Frequently Asked Questions About The Role Play Mastermind

What do I get when I join the mastermind?
You get paired up with another real estate agent, and you get access to my highest converting scripts.
Are there requirements to be able to join?
Yes, to be considered for this group:
  • You MUST be in some form of coaching, and provide your coach's information
  • ​Be committed to being on time (after two no shows without 24 hour notice, you will be politely asked to leave the group with no refund
  • Be prepared...have practiced the scripts prior to your role play
  • ​Have a minimum of 10 transactions in the prior calendar year
How often can I role play?
You will have a roleplay partner 5 days a week. 
When is Role-Playing
Every week day, Monday - Friday at 11:30 am Eastern | 8:30 am Pacific. 
How do I sign up for Role-Playing?

What does it cost?
Membership is $500 for the entire year, which will provide you with 1 Role-Playing partner and training for 5 days a week, every week for 12 months.

After a year, your membership will renew for the following year. 
What scripts do we use?
You’ll be using my personal Listing Presentation script.

How long are the role-playing sessions?
They would last about 15-30 minutes.

Who can join?
Only Real Estate Sales Agents. Sorry, we don't cater to any other sales industry i.e., insurance, mortgage, title, escrow, etc.
How is my role-playing partner determined?
You will be partnered with a different person every week. Your role play partner will be rotating on a regular basis to ensure that you are exposed to different personality types and styles.
